He is a New Jersey native, raised in Glen Ridge, spending every summer on the Jersey Shore. Born into a household that prided itself on homeownership, historic preservation, and family-DIY renovations, it’s no wonder Jared’s path was clear at an early age. He is laser-focused and acquired his first home at 24, in Weehawken, where he executed a stunning restoration of his turn-of-the-century historic home. Jared continues to invest in and restore homes, specializing in multifamily and single-family purchases in Hudson County. His firsthand understanding of zoning, variances, and the permitting process in several municipalities is impressive and frankly invaluable to buyers and sellers.
Jared graduated from NYU Stern School of Business and has mastered modeling real estate development costs, lending, financing, data analysis, and interpretation. Previously to real estate sales, Jared worked for several years in financial accounting and construction cost accounting for a hospitality group in Manhattan. His roles in construction accounting and budgeting for multimillion-dollar NYC restaurant buildouts gave him the experience of working with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver a final product on time and on budget. This skill set was the basis for his success in residential real estate investment and rehabilitation in Hudson County.
